CKUPA respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy explains how CKUPA addresses allegations of copyright infringement and other intellectual property concerns.

1. Ownership of Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, all content provided by CKUPA, including website design, layout, written text, graphics, logos, branding elements, original deal summaries, and other materials, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

All rights in the CKUPA website and its content are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, display, or create derivative works from CKUPA’s proprietary content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law or by website functionality such as standard sharing features.

2. Limited License to Use the Site

CKUPA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Without our prior written consent, you may not:

  • reproduce, scrape, cache, copy, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the website;
  • use CKUPA content for commercial purposes;
  • use any meta tags, hidden text, code, or similar devices containing references to CKUPA in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

3. Trademarks

“CKUPA” and any related logos, brand elements, or service marks are trademarks or service marks of CKUPA. Other trademarks that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners.

Nothing in this Policy gives you any right or license to use any CKUPA trademark without prior written consent.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

If users submit, upload, or post content to CKUPA, they represent and warrant that they own the content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to post it.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any third party.

CKUPA does not pre-screen all user-submitted content, but if we receive a valid complaint regarding infringing material, we may remove or disable access to that content.

5. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that any material available on CKUPA infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice at:

Email: support@ckupa.com

Your notice should include:

  • identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  • identification of the allegedly infringing material on CKUPA, including the URL or enough information for us to locate it;
  • your full name and contact information;
  • a statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury where applicable, you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid complaint, we may remove or disable access to the material and may notify the user who posted it.

6. Counter-Notices

If your content was removed as a result of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was due to mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to:

Email: support@ckupa.com

Your counter-notice should include:

  • identification of the material that was removed and its previous location;
  • a statement that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, address, phone number, and email address;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

If appropriate, CKUPA may review the counter-notice and determine whether restoration of the content is warranted, subject to applicable law and our internal review procedures.

7. Repeat Infringers

CKUPA reserves the right, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to suspend or terminate accounts or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

8. Other Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content on CKUPA infringes your trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights, you may contact us at:

support@ckupa.com

Please provide sufficient details and supporting documentation so that we can review the complaint appropriately.

9. False or Misleading Complaints

Please do not submit false, misleading, or bad-faith infringement notices. Any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing, or that content was removed by mistake, may be subject to legal liability under applicable law.

CKUPA reserves the right to take action against abusive or fraudulent complaints.

10. Reservation of Rights

CKUPA reserves the right to remove any content, suspend access, or take other action at its sole discretion, whether or not in response to an intellectual property complaint.

Nothing in this Policy limits CKUPA’s ability to protect its own rights or the rights of others through any lawful means.
